With the thin snow pack in the alpine be very careful of the crevasses. Its that time of the year when the bridging can cover up a deep hole. The weather is finally looking more like a typical winter pattern, cooler temperatures are coming but it is also looking dry.
At 2260 meters this morning as of 07:00 it was -2. Will be interesting to see if the temperatures keep dropping and the isothermal snow pack's reaction to that.
