Yesterday morning was blue bird, and the skiing was great.

As the day progressed the clouds slowly took over.

By the end of the day there were areas of precipitation in the corridor.

At 2240 meters the temperature was -1, winds were 5-10 KPH from then SSE. At 1650 meters the temperature was -1.7, no new snow overnight . In the valley it was 0. Observations taken at 06:00 Hrs this AM.

For the forecast expect unsettled conditions, cloudy with sunny breaks and yes a chance of some light precipitation. Dejavu!! The upper level low in our area should dissipate by Friday morning allowing a warm ridge of high pressure for the weekend. Freezing levels are forecasted to reach 3200 meters on Saturday afternoon. A low level flow may be here for Monday with cooler temperatures and dry weather. Get out the sun screen for the weekend!
