07:15 yesterday morning was looking nice, until the front moved through.


It started snowing and blowing with 4 cm of snow by 12:00.

The clouds slowly dispersed giving sunny conditions in the afternoon.

 At 13:00 yesterday there were fresh tracks to be had, dust on crust.

At 2240 meters the temperature was -9, winds were 5-15 KPH from the N. At 1550 meters the temperature was -4, no new snow reported over night. In the valley it was -4. Observations taken at 06:00 hours this AM.

For the forecast expect clear skies with sunny and warm conditions today as the Northerly flow aloft continues with the upper level ridge presently in the area. Chance of some clouds forming tomorrow with the chance of light  precipitation in the afternoon. Sunny again for Wednesday then back to some clouds forming for Thursday. By next weekend it looks like we will be back into cooler temperatures with the chance of snow above 1000 meters.
