Great looking morning yesterday.


A reminder that the Wizard chair is down for one week. Planned reopening on April 27 Th. Start times are now 10:00 for uploading on the Excalibur Gondola.

At 2240 meters the temperature was -5, winds were 10-20 KPH from the ESE. At 1550 meters the temperature was -.5, no new snow to report. In the valley it was 0. Observations taken at 06:00 hrs this AM.

For the forecast we can expect the high clouds to move out of  the area this afternoon.   Sunny again for Wednesday with a front approaching by Thursday afternoon with cooler and cloudy conditions. Friday will bring us cooler and wetter conditions into the weekend. Possible rain showers Thursday afternoon, Periods of snow Friday afternoon (2-4cm). Saturday morning (5-10 cm). Snow for Saturday with 5-10 cm by Sunday afternoon. Freezing levels will range between 1600-2600 in the next 2 days. FL between Thursday 2300 meters will slowly drop until Saturday 900 meters.
