At 2240 meters the temperature was -1, winds were 10-15 KPH from the ESE. At 1550 meters the temperature was +4, no new snow and a base of 112 cm. In the valley it was +7. Observations taken at 08:00 Hrs.
For the forecast the cool moist South Westerly flow will continue to bring unsettled weather for most of the week. There is the possibility of a weak ridge pushing into the forecast zone on Thursday with drier conditions. Today looks to be mostly cloudy with precip later in the day. Appears to be some heavy precip on the way this evening. Guesstimates Today Trace-2 mm, Tonight 5-8 mm, Tuesday Trace - 3mm, Wednesday 3-5 mm Freezing levels will range from 2000-2300 meters.
