Yet another nice morning, October 4, 2013. Will see a mostly cloudy day, possible showers tonight!

The low coming down the coast.


At 2180 meters the temperature was -3.5. At 1835 meters the temperature was -1, winds were 10-20 KPH from the ESE. At 1650 meters the temperature was -1. In the valley it was -1. Observations taken at 07:00 hrs this am on October 3, 2013.

For the forecast the models are finally coming to some sort of agreement, the upper level ridge is being pushed out of our zone. Expect cloudy skies today with possible light showers this evening. Unsettled weather is expected Saturday and Sunday. A front will arrive Sunday evening with light - moderate rain through Monday. Tuesday is looking unsettled and then it looks like it may be sunny on Wednesday. Freezing levels are expected to rise to 3000 meters on Saturday and slowly drop back to 1800 meters on Monday.
