Be careful if you go skating, still open water on the lakes.

The weather for today will see more cloud than sun as a weak system moves in from the north.   As you can see from the temperatures there is an inversion. Much warmer in the upper elevations than it has been for days. For this week, a series of weak systems will move down the coast bringing warmer and cloudier conditions for the area. Monday will be mostly sunny with increased cloud later in the day. The warmer air mass will bring cloudy skies for Tuesday with light precip starting in the evening and continuing through till the weekend. There is some disagreement in  the models for Saturday, but a more vigorous pattern may develop by then.

Dry all the way up the coast.

Amazing how much snow is being made. Good coverage to the valley.

The quality of the snow is great with the present temperature.

Clouds appear to be heading our way Tuesday.
