The Upper level ridge has weakened, allowing some cloud into our area for today, with a mix of sun. A series of frontal bands will affect our area into Thursday. Models continue to have differences in the outcome past Wednesday. Light precipitation will start later Tuesday into Wednesday and moving
through later on Thursday. Unsettled weather is forecasted for Friday and Saturday. Much can happen by Friday so more on that as we get closer to the Peak to Valley Race. The series of fronts come in fairly warm with FL as high as 1900 meters, but quickly dropping to 1000 meters later on Tuesday. By Wednesday evening the FL could drop to the valley. With the uncertainty in the models guesstimates will have to wait until tomorrow.

GFS model for Tuesday, certainly possible to get some precip late Tuesday evening. Poss 0-2 cm.
