There has been some disagreement in the models, one thing is certain, several moist pacific fronts will affect our area for the next week. Today a warm front will bring light snow this morning and become heavy snow this evening as a trailing cold front moves through. The flow will shift from a Northwesterly this morning to a Westerly flow, this will change to a Southwesterly flow this evening. Has the potential for some real snow by tomorrow morning. Most of the precip looks like it will go south of our area but there is the chance we could see more than some of the parties are calling for.
Guesstimates: 20-25 cm by Monday morning, 5-8 cm by Tuesday morning, Unsettled weather Tuesday , snow again Wednesday with 15-20 cm by Thursday morning, 5-10 cm by Friday morning.

NAM is showing snow for this evening.

Satellite image from yesterday afternoon, the front moved in very quickly.

MM5 is showing snow for this evening.
