    Power flurries in the morning and through out the day.

    Flute, early light Tuesday.

    Dry snow, skiing well Tuesday morning.

    Someone fell off Faller's Rock, luckily only hurt his ankle. Know where you are, falls can kill.

    Lots of green amongst the fresh snow.

    Someone had some nice turns on Cowboy Ridge.

    At times the visibility mid mountain was challenging in the afternoon.

    As of 07:00 Hrs this am we have broken cloud and unlimited visibility.


For the forecast, the upper level ridge has started building offshore so we should see unsettled conditions this morning, with sunny breaks later this afternoon in a Northwesterly flow aloft. The FL will likely rise to around 1200 meters in the afternoon dropping to near surface by the evening. Thursday will see the ridge strengthen with mostly sunny skies and a FL rising to around 1400 meters. On Friday the ridge begins to weaken as a very weak, dry, warm frontal band moves onshore for Friday evening, during the daylight hours we will see unsettled conditions. The FL is forecasted to rise to 1900 meters with an onshore flow. A weak upper level trough is slated for Saturday into Sunday with unsettled conditions and warm temperatures, more on that later in the week.




    Unsettled in the morning, sunnier in the afternoon.

    Ridge strengthens for Thursday.

    Friday may see some cloud in the morning, weak front approaching for Friday night.

    Warm Pacific front arrives Sunday night into Monday in a Southwesterly flow.

    09;45 Hours Tuesday morning.Unsettled but mostly cloudy.

    12:15 Tuesday afternoon, still cloudy with flurries in the mountains.

    12:00 Tuesday, lets hope that High Pressure stays off California.

    Snow off the beaten path has been awesome for the past week.

    Dry stellars again today with the occasional graupel flurry in the afternoon.

    Lost lake Tuesday afternoon.

    Green Lake is breaking up.

    Alta Lake is breaking up as well.
