For the forecast, the upper level ridge has started building offshore so we should see unsettled conditions this morning, with sunny breaks later this afternoon in a Northwesterly flow aloft. The FL will likely rise to around 1200 meters in the afternoon dropping to near surface by the evening. Thursday will see the ridge strengthen with mostly sunny skies and a FL rising to around 1400 meters. On Friday the ridge begins to weaken as a very weak, dry, warm frontal band moves onshore for Friday evening, during the daylight hours we will see unsettled conditions. The FL is forecasted to rise to 1900 meters with an onshore flow. A weak upper level trough is slated for Saturday into Sunday with unsettled conditions and warm temperatures, more on that later in the week.
Unsettled in the morning, sunnier in the afternoon.
Ridge strengthens for Thursday.
Warm Pacific front arrives Sunday night into Monday in a Southwesterly flow.
