    Visibility at 1860 meters early in the afternoon.

    Same time frame in 7Th Heaven.

    Clouds stuck in the mountains most of the day.

    Later in the evening.

2240 meters       -6, Winds were  10-15 KPH SSW --Horstman Hut
1860 meters       -5, Winds were    5-10 KPH SSW --Rendevous
1550 meters       -2, 0 cm of new snow, 2 cm in 24 hrs, 190 cm Base, RH 94%  --Catskinner
  660 meters      +4, Valley Temp, Max Temp Yesterday was +12.9. 1.4 mm of Precip recorded yest

    As of 07:00 Hrs this am we have broken cloud, unlimited visibility and a lifting valley cloud layer.


For the forecast, weak upper level ridge will dominate the weather pattern for the next week with mostly unsettled conditions. The FL will rise to 2000 meters today in a Northwest flow aloft. The upper trough is weakening with unsettled weather in its wake for today. . The upper ridge should strengthen by Tuesday. A couple of very weak disturbances are expected Tuesday night and Friday, but time will tell! Enjoy the spring weather.


    Unsettled today as the weak upper trough slowly migrates East. Chance of a shower.

     Flow switches to Northwest sometime during the day.

    Ridging for Tuesday with a weakening occluded front offshore.

    Unsettled for Wednesday with a slight chance of some isolated rain showers.

    Ridge strengthens again for Thursday.

    Short wave trough for Friday.

    High pressure rebuilds for Saturday into Sunday.
