Weather Observations for April 27, 2016: taken at 06:00 Hours.

1550 meters        0, 0 cm of new snow, 0 cm in 24 hrs, 186 cm Base, RH 88%  --Catskinner
  660 meters      +4, Valley Temp, Max Temp Yesterday was +14.9. trace of Precip recorded yest

    As of 07:00 Hrs this am we have broken cloud and unlimited visibility.



For the forecast, a weak upper level trough will bring unsettled conditions to the area today in a variable flow aloft. Mostly high cloud with some breaks expected today with a relatively dry air mass and a FL hovering in the 2200 meter range by this afternoon. A upper level ridge will move into the area for Thursday for a mostly sunny day with warmer temperatures. A weak cold front will move onto the Coast Thursday evening with the FL dropping to around 1800 meters by Friday with some light intermittent rain showers expected throughout the day. The Ridge rebuilds for Saturday with sunny warm weather expected for the weekend into Monday.



    A weak splitting low will bring cloudy conditions to our zone for most of the day.

    We might avoid any moisture today.

    Should see the ridge begin to build tonight.
