    Skiing was very good in the morning, soft and fast.


    Some recent avalanche activity on Fissile.

    Unsettled in the morning.

    Convective activity by the afternoon.



    Overcast later in the afternoon with scattered showers.

    As of 07:00 Hours this am we have overcast skies and unlimited visibility.



For the forecast, unsettled weather for today as the remnants of the split trough exit the area in a Westerly flow with a weak ridge bringing sunny breaks later this morning/afternoon. The FL for today will hover in the 2400 meter range and there is a good chance of some isolated intermittent showers.  A weak cold front will arrive this evening with intermittent light precipitation into Friday, with a FL hovering around 2000 meters.  An upper level ridge builds for Saturday with some cloud in the mix, strengthening for Sunday with the FL in the 3000+ meter range. The ridge is forecasted to break down by Monday night but there are discrepancies in the models so more on that in a couple of days.

    Front pushes through on Friday with some periods of light precipitation.

    Front moves through by Friday night.

    High pressure begins to build for Saturday.

    High strengthens by Saturday night.

    High pressure strengthens for Sunday.

   As of now there is some precipitation coming Tuesday/Wednesday.
