For the forecast, the approaching front has stalled and will arrive later in the day. Unsettled weather for today with a mix of sun and cloud this morning, becoming cloudier in the afternoon with the chance of some rain showers. The FL will likely top out at around 2400 meters today. The cold front will bring cooler temperatures to the area by tomorrow with the FL hovering in the 1500 meter range.
The front will also bring moderate winds to the alpine.  A trailing trough will bring unsettled conditions for Tuesday morning before a weak warm front pushes through into Wednesday morning. The ridge will begin to build with a mix of sun and cloud by Wednesday afternoon with a rapidly rising FL. Thursday and Friday will see the ridge strengthen with the FL topping out at around 3600 meters. Guesstimates: 4-6 cm by Monday morning above 1800 meters, 5-10 cm by Tuesday morning above 1200 meters, 0-2 cm by Wednesday morning above 1200 meters.


    Front has stalled slightly, now arriving later in the day.

    Cold front pushes through into Monday morning.

    Warm front for Tuesday.

    High pressure back by Thursday.
