   AC on WB yesterday-Sz 1-1.5 ssl 5-20 cm. A few Na cornice drops.

    YESTERDAY:

    Snowline was down to 800 meters Friday morning, April 7, 2017.

    Snowing at 1860 meters in the am.

    Nice turns to be had early Friday.

    A few sucker holes went through in the morning.

    Nice break with some blue at around 10:45.

    Friday Morning. Just before the holes moved through.

    Visibility difficult at times in the alpine.

    Strong winds in the afternoon with blowing snow causing poor visibility.

    Very windy in the alpine, 86 KPH at 13:30 Hours. 7 Th Heaven closed early.

    As of 07:00 Hrs we have overcast skies and variable visibility.

FORECAST:

A weak upper trough will bring  snow flurries for today in a Southwesterly flow aloft. The Fl may spike to 1400 meters but could hover in the 1200 meter zone. A weak flat ridge of high presure will bring unsettled weather to the zone for Sunday. A weak front will likely come onshore for Sunday night into Monday with overcast skies and snow flurries.Tuesday is looking unsettled at this time with another front moving in for Wednesday.
Guesstimates: 4-6 cm by Sunday morning, trace-1 cm by Monday morning, 2-6 cm by Tuesday morning.

    INFORMATION & OBSERVATIONS:

   Fragile wind lip.

   Wind affect.

   Cornices continue to grow and become fragile.

   Warming at 1800 meters around noon with some snow balling.
