    Dry loose Sz 1 yesterday. Sc produced no slab avalanches..

2180 meters     -3, Winds were 35-45 KPH SE--Whistler Peak
1835 meters     -1, Winds were 10-25 KPH SE--Roundhouse
1660 meters     -3, 5 cm of new, 5 cm in 24 hrs  Base 303 cm --Pig Alley
  660 meters    +1, Valley Temp, Max Temp Yesterday was +7.6, 0.4 mm of precip recorded yest


    As of 07:00 Hrs we have overcast skies, variable visibility and snowing lightly.



FORECAST:

A slow moving warm front will bring periods of light snowfall above 1500 meters in a Southwest Flow aloft. The freezing level could reach 1800 meters today. Similar day on Friday with the FL rising to 2000 meters and we can expect around 10 mil of rain at the weather plots, snow above 1800 meters. Models are inconsistent at this time so Saturday and Sunday are difficult to forecast at this time. Likely overcast on Saturday with periods of light precipitation and a slowly descending FL. Sunday may be unsettled. More on the weekend by tomorrow.
Guesstimates: 5-10 cm by Friday morning, 2cm 10 mil by Saturday morning depending on FL, 10-15 cm by Sunday morning depending on FL, 1-3 cm by Monday morning.
