The upper ridge offshore is slowly moving inland bringing unsettled weather in a Northerly flow aloft. Still high cloud in the area with a mid level stratus layer as well. The FL will rise to around 2600 meters and we should see sunnier skies by this afternoon. Dry warm weather will continue for the next week with mostly sunny skies and some cloud moving through on most days as well.

GOES IR image from this am.

High will slowly push onshore for today.

    Fronts along the coast.

High with the arctic low still sending some cloud our way.

FL will begin to rise on Monday and could get to 3500+ meters by Friday.

High pressure the main influencer for Tuesday.

Ridge not going anywhere, anytime soon.

On Whistler Xc produced up to Sz 1 cornice debris. Some Sz 1 Na wet slides observed.

Looks like a cornice collapse out of the Stupids Saturday morning/afternoon on Blackcomb.

Stratus layer just down the valley Saturday morning. Dissipated before it came into the valley.

    Armchair Saturday afternoon.

Will be interesting to see how much snow will be here next week. High yesterday of +18.

    Sunset Saturday evening.
