FORECAST:

A cold Pacific low will be moving slowly down the coast this week to bring us some much needed moisture. Over the past week only 0.8 mm of precipitation was recorded at the Nester's Weather Station, with the total for the month so far at 7.2 mm. Unsettled for today with mostly cloudy skies, periods of light rain starting later this morning and ending this afternoon in a Westerly flow aloft. A few sunny breaks in the mix with the FL rising to around 2500 meters. Tuesday will start off with some sunny breaks in the am with showers in the afternoon with overcast conditions to follow. An upper level trough associated with the low moving down the coast will bring cool moist weather for Wednesday, with a Southwesterly flow aloft. Unsettled weather into the weekend with cooler temperatures, periods of rain and the occasional glimpse of the sun. The pattern should change by next week, with warmer temperatures and drier weather.
