FORECAST:

A weakening front will pass through today in a Westerly flow aloft. The freezing level will likely hover at around 800-1200 meters. Depending on the model we should see periods of light snow for today. Disappointing with the snow accumulation, but some is better than none!! May see some sunny breaks, but unlikely. Mostly cloudy Friday with a few sunny breaks. Ridge builds for Saturday with colder temperatures from the Arctic High and we will be in a Northwesterly flow aloft. A mix of sun and cloud into Sunday. Guesstimates: 4-6 cm? by Friday morning,  good chance we will see less, trace-1 cm by Saturday morning.

GOES IR image from this am.

    Fronts along the coast.

Cool upper level trough for Friday, unsettled but dry. Some flurries?  Upper ridge begins to build.

Arctic ridge will begin to bring colder temperatures for Saturday. Mix of sun and cloud.
