FORECAST:
Ridge strengthens today with sunny skies and inverted temperatures in an Easterly flow aloft. The freezing level will likely go as high as 2000+ meters for today. A weak upper level trough will move down the coast in a Northerly flow aloft spilling cloud into the area for Tuesday morning. This weak disturbance will be short lived and we should see sunny skies by around noon on Tuesday. Ridge continues to dominate for at least the next week with cloud spilling into the area Thursday. Unsettled conditions with a mix of sun and cloud for the remainder of the week. Guesstimates: Blocking pattern is causing a draught.
