A weakening upper level trough will bring unsettled weather in a North/North Westerly flow aloft.
Overcast this morning with sunny breaks by noon today with dry and improving conditions. The freezing level will rise to around 1400 meters and drop back down to the surface tonight. The ridge of high pressure will strengthen Monday forming an Omega Block, which may stick around for some time, with dry weather and mostly sunny. Some models are suggesting a week, could last for 2 weeks? Guesstimates: No precipitation for the immediate future. Warming up by Wednesday.

     Omega Block as the ridge strengthens on Monday. Still likely to be some lingering cloud.

         High pressure should stick around for a while. Some cloud possible on Tuesday.


    Locally, no new avalanche observed on Whistler Mtn. Duffey Lake some Sz 1.5 Na Sc observed.
