Did not make it up the hill yesterday, went Zip Trekking with my son and some of his friends to celebrate his 13 Th birthday. It was fairly dry for the the first two lines then at around 10:30 it started to rain.

Shut out of the alpine for another day, the cold front that came into our area even shut the Crystal chair down early in the afternoon.




At 2284 meters the temperature was -12, winds were 10-20 KPH from the S. At 1650 meters the temperature was -9, 1 cm fell there over night 16 cm in the past 24 hours. In the valley it was -4. Observations taken at 06:00 Hours.

For the forecast, the upper level trough gave us a flurry over night. The ridge started showing some blue around 16:00 hours yesterday. The ridge will establish itself until Monday. We can expect light snow on Tuesday into Wednesday morning (5-8 cm) more sun for Thursday and Friday.
