At 2240 meters the temperature was +10, winds were 5-10 KPH from the S. At 1650 meters the temperature was +14. In the valley the temperature was +16. Observations taken at 08:00 this am.
For the forecast we will see mostly cloudy skies with the chance of some rain showers this afternoon. There is a slight chance of some lightning but it appears to be tracking south of our area. Clouds will likely linger into tomorrow morning before the high pressure rebuilds bringing sunny skies for the remainder of the week. The ridge will strengthen over the weekend bringing sun and seasonable temperatures into early next week.
Mount Baker still has a significant amount of snow.

Clouds yesterday drifted North from Oregon into our area.
Image from this morning shows some very thick clouds in certain pars of the province.
Looking at the big picture we will likely see cloud tomorrow morning before the high pressure rebuilds.
