October 12, 2013.

Still some clouds lingering in the mountains this morning.

Squamish yesterday afternoon, a fairly cloudy day.

At 2180 meters the temperature was -5. At 1860 meters the temperature was -4, winds were 10-20 KPH from the N. At 1650 meters the temperature was -1. In the valley the temperature was +1. Observations taken at 08:00 hrs October 12, 2013.

For the forecast we will have some clouds pass through today prior to the amplified ridge offshore building, bringing sunny weather for the extended forecast period. The ridge could persist right through to next weekend. Northerly flow aloft will bring cool temperatures to our area for today and tomorrow with warmer temps by Monday.

Looking dry and sunny for tomorrow.
