Unsettled weather looks to follow for Tuesday into Wednesday with some showers and cooler temperatures. Will have an update on weather conditions in Monday's post.

    High pressure is moving Eastward.

For the forecast, the weak upper level trough in the area will slowly move Eastward today with mostly cloudy conditions this morning in a light Southwesterly flow aloft, shifting Westerly later today. The air mass is moist so there will likely be isolated showers this morning with a drying trend this afternoon into Tuesday and Wednesday with cooler temperatures. A unsettled weather pattern will return for late Thursday into Friday (showers, cloud and sunny breaks) as a short wave trough moves in from the Northeast with Moderate onshore low level flow.. As of now it looks like the amplified ridge of high pressure out in the Pacific will rebuild with dry warm conditions for Saturday into the weekend. Confidence in the forecast for later in the week is low, so more on that on Friday.

Light rain moved through our zone this morning. Unsettled this afternoon.

    Cloudy and wet this morning.

Most of the moisture should move East by early Tuesday. Tuesday looks like the driest day.

Fairly nice looking day by Wednesday with possible showers in the afternoon.

Trough from the developing low to the Northeast pushes in for Thursday.

Very large high pressure system in the Pacific will push back into the area eventually.
